Registry Errors

The registry of a computer is what contains the configuration and settings of a computer. You can think of the registry as the “guts” of a computer. If anything is wrong within the registry, it could slow down your computer or make it crash.

The best way to keep your registry running efficiently is to download a registry cleaner. You can find registry cleaners within our software review section of this website.

Many times, if you have two different anti-virus (or computer security) software installed, they will conflict with each other. Sometimes, this can cause a computer to crash.

Faulty Computer Components

Many computer crashes have been linked to the failure of certain PC components. Since there is a large number of components that make up a computer, it could take a few steps before you can determine exactly what component is causing your computer to crash.

  1. Nice article. Also remember if your computer is crashing with a blue screen it will tell you what error is causing it, and you can use that to diagnose exactly what the problem is.
