		<description>I only brought up the topic because I recently changed out a video card and I couldn&#039;t take advantage of its full capabilities until I flashed the BIOS. Granted the motherboard was 18 months old, but it still was necessary for me.</description>

		<description>Personally i would have to say unless you have a specific problem with your bios, leave it alone, took me four attempts to get back to a bios version anywhere near as good as the original one, not a big fan of windows updates neither had a few that have wiped out the entire operating system before today, pick which updates you need, dont just go off what microsoft want you to have.</description>
