Pop-up blockers are very useful at minimizing the amount of annoying web advertisements we see. Unfortunately, they can also prevent certain pages on legitimate websites from opening correctly. If you are having problems that are caused by your pop-up blocker, follow these simple steps:
Internet Explorer
* Open Internet Explorer.
* Click on “Tools,” and select “Internet Options.”
* Go to the “Privacy” tab and remove the checkmark that is next to “Block pop-ups.”
* Click “Apply” followed by “OK.”
Firefox
* Open Firefox.
* Click on “Tools,” and select “Options.”
* In the default “Content” tab, simply uncheck “Block pop-up windows.”
* You can also click the “Exceptions” button next to “Block pop-up windows” and tell the browser which sites have pop-ups that you approve of.
* Click “OK,” and continue browsing.
