CallCentric is one of the smaller guys in the VOIP market. While they may not be as big as Vonage or other big companies within the industry, they do have a pretty good customer satisfaction rate. Let’s take a quick look and see what CallCentric brings to the table as far as VOIP services are concerned.

CallCentric Features

    • 911 Service Supported
      Call Waiting
Ability To Reject Anonymous Callers Automatically
      Call Forwarding
      Do Not Disturb Mode Supported
      Fax Capabilities
      Complimentary Directory Assistance
      4-Way Calling Supported
      Redial Supported
  • CallCentric Simplicity

CallCentric is a fairly simple VOIP platform to get used to, that is if you have experience when it comes to using VOIP. For the beginners, they have a vast array of information and a helpful support team that can help you learn how to get going without facing any roadblocks along the way.

    CallCentric Call Quality

CallCentric is just like many VOIP services, the Softphone has a lower end of quality. However, if you use an actual VOIP phone, the quality will just about be perfect. When it comes to providing a quality VOIP service, CallCentric does just that.

Not all VOIP providers have a perfect Softphone, making purchasing an actual VOIP phone just about a necessity for anyone who wants crystal clear calls. Therefore, this is something that we can’t really hold against CallCentric, they are just simply doing the best that they can with what they got.

    CallCentric Pricing

The pricing of CallCentric seems to be following the average pricing model, with US subscriptions starting at $19.95 per month. When you choose to go with CallCentric, there is no doubt that you can sleep easy knowing that you’re not being overcharged for VOIP services.

    CallCentric Long Distance

CallCentric provides you with the opportunity to choose from a North America plan, or the worldwide plan that allows you to call to more than 35 countries across the globe. For the countries not included in the plan that you choose, they do offer a per minute rate that you can take advantage of.

    CallCentric Support

CallCentric is yet another VOIP provider that has turned to providing online support. This is awesome, if you have a computer hooked up to the internet somewhere around you. Of course, in this industry, this form of support method is rather common.

    CallCentric Conclusion

When it comes down to it, CallCentric does have a great VOIP service that is backed by many happy consumers all around the world. However, CallCentric is not on the cutting edge of VOIP technology like some of their competitors.

If you want a reliable VOIP solution, there’s no doubt that CallCentric will actually do you justice. However, if you want the most modern VOIP solution possible, it may be best to take a look at some of the other VOIP providers that we reviewed.

With that said CallCentric rates a 3/5 on our scale. They could have given us a little more excitement, but they didn’t.
