RingCentral happens to be one of the older companies in the VOIP industry. They have been favored by many businesses, as well as individuals who found what they were looking for when they signed up for RingCentral.
However, we can’t always rely on how old a company is or how many customers they have had the opportunity to gain throughout their existence. That’s why this RingCentral review is going to go over some of the more important aspects of VOIP products.

- 800 Numbers Available

RingCentral Simplicity
RingCentral has truly taken their product to another level of enabling the consumers to harness the latest phone technology without all of the complexities. From their awesome control panels, to their vast array of support solutions, they make it easy to learn and get used to using them as your next VOIP service provider. Of course, their time of existence probably helps out a lot in this as well.
RingCentral Call Quality
The quality of RingCentral is what you would expect from a company to be as strong as they are and in business since 1999. It’s one of the highest quality VOIP products that you can get your hands on in this industry. Sure, hardware phones VS using headsets will always win, but you can’t expect to get it all handed to you without having to buy something besides the service. ;)
RingCentral Pricing
Starting at $49.99 for one user, RingCentral isn’t the cheapest provider in the industry. However, they are tailored more for businesses than anything, providing a lot of benefits that can easily justify the high prices that they are asking.
In fact, many VOIP providers in the same league as RingCentral tend to charge a lot more than this. However, there will always be more affordable solutions on the market just like anything else.
RingCentral Long Distance
RingCentral provides you with the opportunity to have unlimited nationwide calling. Sure, there is always an opportunity to call other countries, but it’s not going to be as cheap as it would be if you chose a competing product that offered a worldwide calling plan.
RingCentral Support
On top of their massive amount of documentation, RingCentral provides their customers with assistance via e-mail or telephone. Their hours of operation is never-ending, meaning they have staff standing by to assist you 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
RingCentral Conclusion
RingCentral does have a lot of advantages under their belt, including being one of the more established providers of VOIP services. However the downfalls that we encountered throughout the research for this review, such as their pricing and calling availability puts a dent into their rep, at least during this review.
We have to give RingCentral 4 stars, as they are really good, but not the best.
