no disk or backup partition will not even go to the bios or even start up or safe mode. when i turn it on it starts the screen doesnt even come on and then it will go into the continuous loop of restarting. i tried turning it on with just the battery, with the battery and plugged in, and without the battery with it plugged in same results each time. is it poosibly the hard drive or would it be the mother board
