Your computer will recognize the ram, but like it was posted before, you need to have identical pairs to be able to run at the dual channel speed. Best thing to do is to replace all ram, maybe get 2x2gb with the same speed. Maybe even upgrade (see what your motherboard can take) the clock speed 667Mhz -> 800Mhz or 800Mhz -> 1066Mhz.
