Umm, if it can't install why do you need to un-install it?
I may have misread what you meant.
Try control panel install/uninstall programs.
If it never actually installed it may be the installation (exe) file on the desktop which you can just right click and delete, but I'm not sure since I'm not clear on what you're talking about.
