ok first the computer has crashed a few times, i restored it to factory settings but there is still an issue. i installed malwarebytes, and am using microsft essentials untill i can re-install norton. unfortunatly money is a huge issue with me as i am a student and depend on my computer, but cannot afford to get it to the computer doctors. Symtoms = slow running screen flashes prior to loading page or software, have to click on icons and tabs multiple times to get a responce, screen freezes, programs lock up or stop responding for shot periods of time. any suggestions? what can i do other thatn wipe the hard drive and start over as i do not have a copy of my OS windows 7 on hand.
