I'm a newbe, so what I say may be worthless to you. Sometimes you have to nuke (like in bomb) and remove all information and pave (reload software) but if that's what you do every time you have a malware issue....well that works; but I would not call myself a tech. I try not to bite off more than I can chew, but sometimes I do. Rather than "nuke and pave" I bring the problem to the forum.
