could be overheating try downloading coretemp Core Temp, if thats not the problem try running in safe mode, if it runs alright in safe mode its going to most likely be a corrupted driver or malware, might want to also try rootkit revealer also Download Rootkit Revealer 1.71 - FileHippo.com
