If you have a power supply tester that would be my first step or if you have or borrow a working power supply try that I would also pull the C mos battery out for a few minutes then replace it.If that don"t work I wou;ld run the UBCD and check all your Hard Ware also run the virus scan,Then if all that checks out OK I would reinstall Windows.I Hope something I put in here helps.
