how can you infringe a patent based on its looks, and how on earth would you be able to patent it in the first place, apple should be stopped from selling its product also till the case is settled that would teach them, they keep doing this and losing most the time, but it pays to do it because every now and again a judge who has no idea what they are talking about find in their favour, apple didnt invent the idea of a touchscreen table theyve been used for remotes for years, they are taking one idea and using it for another, nothing original in the concept
