So here I am. I have the videos and I am waiting on the computer tools. Jeremy has been great. The first question I had(I couldn't view the videos) I called the phone number provided and Jeremy actually called me back. I was impressed. Really impressed! Sometimes it is nice just to be able to talk to a person. I have bought a new computer and I am using my Old computer to learn. I am considered a senior citizen although I don't feel like one and you are never to old to learn they say.
