Actually, I only put more Ram in because the Tech I hired said I could use more ram. I don't think there is anything wrong with the original Ram that was in there from the beginning. That is why I took out the new Ram because someone on this forum recommended I try doing that and to see if that worked. Actually the computer starts and gets all the way to windows desktop but doesn't complete loading. The only way I can shut it down is control-ault-delete.

I do get a blue screen along the way that continues to want to check the C drive for errors.
Is there a way to check the Ram that is in it and came with it? I don't know if the CD's that came with it can do it and I don't have the CD that they talk about on the video. I don't see anything to help me in the BIOS. Can the Ultimate Recovery disc be download to a CD?
The manual keeps referring to "Tech in a Box" on my computer for anything else I might want to diagnose. It is not on my computer anymore. It has gone away. In fact there are only a couple of things that show up on the desk top. One clue that something is wrong I guess. Thanks....
