Unlikely to stay on that long if its overheating but check heatsink fan is working/secure, could try checking there are no bad connections pci agp cards come loose in their slots, check in bios that your ram timings are correct for the ram your useing, if your useing more than one stick of ram try one stick at a time in the different slots, if the timings are right and theres only one stick see if you can borrow some off someone, if it happens again write down the error code,

has it been overclocked,

unlikely to be hard drive.
