If push comes to shove make sure you give bad reviews everywhere you go. The manufactures sites and or the place you bought it. Explain the problem and let others know . However I'd exhaust all remedies first and foremost. Make sure you pinpoint the problem this way the reviews are legit.
Did it occur to you it might be the OS? I got a PC from Walmart a few years ago and had a similar problem. It had a CORRUPT Operating System After pulling all my hair out I finally installed a different OS and "Wahh-Laah!!!"
I made sure to spread the word far & wide about walmart selling refurbished computer systems and selling them as retail. Worst part about it is they wouldn't take the computer back because it was after the 30 day refund or whatever it was. I called corporate headquarters and had it out with them for a head clashing. They send me a gift card around christmas a few months later for $100. I ended up selling it cold to someone nearby for cash. I'll never shop there again after that fiasco.
Good luck on that issue. Keep us updated on the status and if you get it fixed.
