Unhappy Blue Screen

i have a compaq presario desktop that want go into windows. Its starts to boot up and then goes to a blue screen and shows this stop error
oxoooooc1f5 it even does it in safemode.

Try a system restore if you can get into system or a repair install if not using an install disc

Uhmmm. I don't know what error code and google is not bring up anything. If you have installed any new hardware, try removing it.

would imagine a repair install would work if you have vista disc, if not a full install and recovering files in old folder (i would back up just in case)
