If any of you have ordered one of the PC Tool kits, how long did it take to arrive? It's been 10 days for me.
Response time for inquiries is also very slow.

I haven't ordered the tool kit but I have never had a slow response on the computer training course.

I am a patient person. I don't mean to sound rude or disrespectful...really. If I came across that way I apologize. However, I am out $67 thus far and still waiting on the products arrival.
I understand being busy. I own and operate two businesses that deal constantly with the public. No one can do everything all at once. I really do understand that.
But it only a takes few seconds to type "We are looking into it" into an email or PM and send it.

you didnt come accross as rude or disrespectful, think asus misread the post, forum is seperate from rest of byoit website, if you have a problem with stuff youve ordered only admin can sort it out we dont have anything to do with it, email jeremy is best bet.

Actually, I did order the tool kit. took much longer than 10 days. It did take awhile I sort had to keep sending Jeremy e-mails through the student email provided I think at one point he said actually had to put the tool kit together may not have had everything for a complete tool kit. Pieces on order. Can't quite remember. It is a nice tool kit. It was worth waiting for and I think worth the money. Hopefully, you will get a response soon. I know it was a little frustrating form me. But it was nice when I got it. He must be busy because initally he didn't charge me any shipping and I told him he did not have to pay my shipping and I sent him a check for shipping and he still hasn't cashed and that was at least a month and 1/2 ago. And now I am sure he is charging shipping or should be.

Jeremy finally emailed me. He said that the infamous postal service failed to pick up several orders. From personal experience I have learned that you have to physically stick it in their hands for them to take it with them. They're usually in such a rush...I guess they're under a lot of pressure, too.
Jeremy graciously offered to either refund my money or pay for shipping. I declined both of them. Shipping costs Jeremy, so I'll pay it. I'll just be ahhpy to get it.

Again, I think it is a nice tool kit. I think you will be happy. That was my thinking. Shipping costs jeremy.
