Default Missing lesson

Hi. I have problem on one of DVDs for laptop course. On DVD nr 3 instead of How to replace screen on Apple there is video how to replace CD drive on Apple laptop. And also I am not get any credentials in my mail that I can watch videos online, because there was mail when I am ordered a course if I order DVD course I will also be able to watch them online. I am try to contact support on phone and sending e mails last couple weeks but there is no any answer.

I hope that you will be able to help me. Thank you in advance.

The only thing I can do is try to send a message to Ty in your behalf. I will send him an e-mail. I imagine it is too late today to get a response. But I will see what I can do. Sorry for the confusion.

might be best sending william an email, i know its not his job anymore but hes probably able to pass the message on to ty

If I remember correctly when we did that video we had to pull the whole mac apart the same way each time. The screen video should start by pulling the cdrom and then move onto the screen.

Could be wrong but out of all the people who bought the laptop course you are the first to complain about this problem. This isn't saying you are wrong but I'm suspicious as its been out since.. june or july and this problem would have been corrected if it was shown to us.

The login credentials should have been sent with your purchase confirmation if you purchased the online videos as well.

Sorry I can't do much more. As stated, I haven't worked for the company since the end of october.

Guys thank you all for your help.

I am watch that video once again and first sentence from instructor was. If your optical drive in your macbook stop working maybe need to be replaced. And thru all video he is focused how to pull out CD ROM drive from macbook, not touching a screen.

Second. I am sent already couple mails on Support@beyourownit.com, and make couple calls but there is all the time please leave message after a beep. So i am try on this way to get some explanation.

And last in mail that i am get after they are confirm my order there is statement

check in your spam emails in case its in there, have you tried using a different media player, seem to remember someone having a problem using a certain player once, vlc worked better (usually does)

Unfortunately I don't have the power to deal with those issues anymore. Ty will have to get back to you as I have moved on to different responsibilities.

Ty's a good guy and will definitely try to work it out with you once you get a hold of him.

Guys hank you for your time and help.

After I am get confirmation mail about my purchase i am check my spam folder next couple days. So mail was not there. Then i am start watching DVDs and find that one video have a wrong title. After that i am sent couple mails on support@beyourowit.com, no answer, try dosen times to call provided number, but all the time is message please leave message after a beep.

So afetr couple weks trying to get hold on anyone who can help me i am post my issue on forum hoping that someone can help me here. But it seems that there is not much help because i am already try all what you are sugested ( i was not able to put right video with right title). It seems that site is good, videos also, with one isuse, but customer support need to be little better.

I wish you all the best in your future work, and probably i will try to find a missing video on you tube.
