Default IT Baby

That is what I feel like. An IT Baby. I am new at this. I was frustrated waiting for a tech to come to my house and fix my computer. When he did it cost me 90 dollars. That is when I discovered Be your own IT and thought what a great concept. Can I really do this? This morning i was reading all the other information this website provides and decided Yeah! with the help provided, I just might be able to do this----one little break-through at a time.
So here I am. I have the videos and I am waiting on the computer tools. Jeremy has been great. The first question I had(I couldn't view the videos) I called the phone number provided and Jeremy actually called me back. I was impressed. Really impressed! Sometimes it is nice just to be able to talk to a person. I have bought a new computer and I am using my Old computer to learn. I am considered a senior citizen although I don't feel like one and you are never to old to learn they say. So here I am....Deb

You will find the more you learn about computers, how little the people you would expect to know what they are talking about really know, talking to someone who had taken their computer into a computer shop to get a second hard drive fitted, tried two different hard drives and gave up told him his computer was on the way out, turned out they thought you just plugged them in and they worked, couple of years ago anything more technical than turning a computer on was beyond me, keep trying you will get there.
