Default Vertical lines in emails

Yes I know this probably has been around (and around), but I've been getting some vertical lines in a lot of my emails. What's the way to get rid of them before I forward these emails?

Ok so I did a google search and most vertical line problems I came up with are in outlook express. So if it isn't outlook express then we will have to keep looking.
If it is outlook express, take a look at the link below.

Default Vertical lines

I'm not using Outlook Express, using Yahoo Mail. I tried to copy and paste an email I got today. It wouldn't copy the lines, only the text. It's not too much of a problem with me. I did get some recipients that I forwarded to ask me about them. I guess I'll just live with it. Thanks anyway. And Merry Christmas to all of you!! Peteski

Kind of an odd practice. But here is more on the lines. Evidently they represent how many times the e-mail was forwarded. And according to this link they can't be deleted.

In forwarding emails how can one delete vertical lines at the left of images that indicate previous forwards? - Yahoo! Answers

I just learned something new. I didn't know that. I never even paid attention to the lines.

works differently from one email program to the next, why dont you try windows live messenger, think you can add your yahoo or other mail accounts to it, not heard it being a problem on that program just yahoo and outlook
