Post Safe mode

Yes went into msconfig trying to get rid of some of my startup programs and clicked on Diag. Had problems since then.

Diagnostic setup will load safe mode every time. Its what its there for.

Go either into standard setup or use selective setup to load only the things you haven't unchecked. (what most of us use if we use msconfig to manage boot objects.

While the computer is booting continuously tap F8. You will be presented with a menu. Select "Stat Windows Normally." Your computer should then boot as normal.
