I have a question, how do people that have their own businesses doing computer repair get more customers. Also, is there any good free ticket tracking system I can use for my customers that includes keeping customer records such as name and address, problems they have had and keep track of tickets. Currently I am using Access to do this but it sometimes can get a little hairy.
