Just filling out all the content on my Web pages. Just wondering if it's a good idea to mention that your business is based out of your home? I'm thinking of reasons to choose my services and wondering if this should be something I should mention as a way to pass the savings of not owning a store front to save my potential clientel money. ... It's all about preference and what you're comfortable with. Also, playing on words, so-to-speak, can also be to your advantage. For example, instead of saying 'my business is based out of my home' you can simply state 'home-office' since basically that's what it is. Since you have a home office, you have to flexibility of getting to your clients and they can get to you - if that's what you want to include in your advertisement. My two cents- |

I do not advertise that my business is home based because I do not want people trying to figure out where I live. I end up telling my customers that it is home based if they are not wanting me to work on the computers at their homes.

I think its best to be 100% honest if they ask. Nothing wrong with a home business! Some people think you provide a more personal approach when you run a small business. Cheers, Marcus mobilegeeks computer repairs |
