hi im looking to start a computer repair buisness somewhere around my town. i want to buy a lot or a little building somewhere ntown and do everything there. now im not going to be opening anything anytime soon as im only 17, BUT i want to do as much as i can now so it will be easyer for when i do open up a buisness. So for starters im 17 highly skilled with computer repiar in the software catagory. im skilled at hardware in towers i no nothing about how to repair a laptop. but again iis software i can fix orget it no problem. so my guess is i need to start learning and taking classes about hardware so i am doing that now. If anyone has a good article or videos about LAPTOP hardware repair i would love to see it, and i somehow understand things better on computers than in real life so if the classes are online it would help so much more. is there anything else i can do besides train at my age to get started on a buisness? |

When you open a business, no one will know who you are. You will want to prove to everyone that you know what you are doing. One of the easiest ways is to display your education. So in other words when preparing to open a computer repair business I would recommend getting as many Certifications as Possible. Most Important ones to get are the A+ and the MCP. Use this to your advantage. I am always advertising "Trust only a certified tech, Our Tech has 7 certifications and A college degree in computers." Not to mention these Certifications will teach you information that can help.
