Hey just signed on great website love the resources and tutorial videos. I really want to get into being my own boss and have my own pc repair business but not sure how to get it running. Ive only really had 4 or 5 different clients 2 regulars. looking on how to expand and get more customers to when i can be making full time business. Wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions or anyone with success stories.

heres what i think,

i think first you should get as many clients as you can (since that is the driving force behind any business) make sure they are happy with your services and make sure to remind them to tell their friends about you (or your business), you should ALWAYS have ways to promote your self (business card, website, fliers, etc) this i think will help your business grow. also, make sure to know what the competing business offer and make sure you match or beat what they offer. i believe this website sends you an e-book to your email on how to do this kind of things (start a repairing business) but you have to sign up for the weekly updates on the homepage (not for this forum) make sure to check your email to see if you got this free ebook. if not just go to the main page, click on the ebooks tag and sign up using the little box on the right side. its a pretty useful ebook.
