Like twice a week my laptop will start to freeze up and show this weird screen:

It has only started to happen since I dropped my laptop and this is what the screen on the laptop looks like:

Third oic doesnt look good is that what it looked like before you replaced it, if its working fine rest of time i would suspect the hard drive but it could just as easy be a loose or broken connection.

Third picture is what the laptop screen is now, I have the display hooked up to a different monitor.
The hard drive was replaced in November, and when it does that screen it starts to freeze up then shows it.

That's how laptops say "EEEEY-OUCH!!"

I plan on replacing the screen after I buy a new computer

If its been dropped since the hard drive i would try swopping it out if you can get hold of one, only other thing i can think of is disconnect the laptop screen connections probably only a ribbon and a multi connector, if that cures it its worth getting a screen if not could be other problems a screen wouldnt fix.
