To start with Jessica, you could tell us the problem you are having. It might be something simple that we can help you with and it wouldn't cost you a dime. Or we can try to help diagnose the problem so if you do have to take it in you know a little bit more then you do now and don't get taken for a lot more money than you should.

Jessicaa,this forum here for you to learn how to fix your own computer there are alot of great people on here that once you post what proplems you are having they will try to help you diagnose and give you steeps to fix your own computer.The mods are great and verry knowlegable,and allways willing to help.I myself have learned alot since I have been on this forum and purchased the course,now I run my own repair shop in Winslow Az
