Using the csfp_listings.accdb database provided, complete the following tasks:

Create a new table named “Compensation”. Create a column named “Level” that contains the numbers 1-5 and is the primary key. Create a second column named “Rate”. Enter the following rates starting with level 1: 0.01, 0.012, 0.015, 0.018, 0.02, 0.023.
Now you need to relate those compensation levels with the agents. Create a column for this on the Agents table and assign the following levels: Juan is a level 5, Kia 4, Pa 2, Ko-Yun 3, Steven 1, Angela 1.
Create a new query showing all the properties that sold in November of 2008 and should include the following columns in the following order: Listing ID, Sale Price, Date Sold, Selling Agent First Name and Last Name. Name the query “November Sales”.
Using the query you just created, add a new column for Agent Commission that lists the result of the sales price multiplied by the selling agents commission rate based on the values in the Level table. Name the query “November Sales with Agent Commission”.
Create a report for November sales with a heading of “November Sales”. Organize the report according to subdivision name. Within each subdivision, include the listing ID, date sold, the sale price, list price, and agent last name.
Name your finished database realestate_yourname.
