Please let me know if you can open this, and I know its not to professional loking.I have no experiance with open office or any of those programs any help would be appreciated.Popoeye if you would like you can change this to it's own post,or any other mod that thinks this schuld be by itself

you could try libre office Download LibreOffice 3.5.3 RC 2 - FileHippo.com or there is another option (will pm you) looks pretty professional to me, if its a printed receipt it just needs the www. bit rewriting before you print it, if your sending it as an electronic copy and want the website to be clickable link you need to insert it as a link (not learnt that yet)

Andrew, I think the work order format looks very professional. If it were me I would correct the spelling errors, of course, if you really want it to look more professional. Installation has 2 l's and correct liable and customer. People look at those things more than you think.

What I do like about your spelling Andrew is you do give yourself the freedom to spell phonetically the way the words sound. I think we have way too many variations of words in the English language where letters are silent among other things. Whose idea was that anyway. Lol. I sometimes get too hung up on the exact spelling of things. As a person who likes to write it is important to me to at least try to get it right (but don't look too closely at my punctuation, not one of my stronger suits.) In a professional setting, it is important but in a not-so-significant setting , who cares.
