Red face computer changes ip address

Hi hope someone can help

my computer keeps changing my ip address, Ive been in touch with the provider and it's working fine they seem to think it could be my network card. How can I check the network card is working.

Check its not a virus or an anti virus, norton tends to mess up your ip.

Dam I wish I had your network card....wish mine would change IP's like the wind. You got a gold mine and don't even know it and now you want to get rid of it.

You could just have a dynamic IP address, it's probably supposed to be that way.
Unless of course it just started randomly...
I'm with Troubleshooter on this one lol
