Default DVD sata cables

I recently bought a Lite-on OEM ihas424-08 DVD/CD RW drive and it came without cables. It is new with Nero burning software and I got a good deal on it, as I've heard a lot of good things about Lite-on disk drives.
What sort of cables will I need to hook it up correctly? Will I need the same type of cable set as a HD? i.e. a regular sata signal cable and a Power connector to the power supply? Does anyone have a picture of what I need? Or a link to a good cable set?

Here is what I had in mind ..correct me if I'm wrong about this.

Will it benefit more if I use a sata II cable for faster transfer rate?

Quote:
The data transfer rate for Sata II has
a Fast data transfer rate of up to 3GB/ Sec.

whereas the Sata I has a transfer rate of
1.5Gbps over distances up to 3 feet
Is this a better option perhaps?

Your unlikely see any improvment in performance with hard drives let alone optical drives because the technology hasnt caught up with the limits of sata II, but they probably will in the future although we will all be on sata III by then, but you might as well go for sata II connections theyre not generally any more expensive.
