Post Hl-dt-st dvdram gp10nw20 usb

I installed norton and lost both my internal dvd drive and external dvd drive. USB ports work for mouse,printer,flash drives.

darkagro..moved you to your own thread. Can't really tell if you are asking for help. You will find a long line of people on this forum that strongly do not recommend Norton.

never heard of it doing that before but not surprised, i would uninstall if even if that wasnt the cause, but download the uninstall tool or you will have even more problems
