Default Sabayon

Now, I've tried all afternoon to install this os onto a new hard drive - that didn't work - kept coming back with errors... so I tried it on another computer with a partitioned hard drive.... I can get it so far, and then - all at different points in the install - I'm met with ......a brick wall....

If anyone one here has tried to install this, any pointers would be appreciated. I have tried reading all the installation guides, but cannot see where I am failing....

I'll give this one more go before I go back to Ubuntu....

If you have read all the installation guides not sure if this tutorial would tell you anything different.

After reading this review - Sabayon 8.0 review - The love is gone - I don't think I'll bother attempting to install it anymore - 12 gbs for an os.... I don't think it's worth it....

Really? I thought it was only about 5gb. But maybe that's only the initial install - never thought about the updates....
