Computer Repair

Does anyone know what this is?I know it is some kinda backup program but it seems to be hogging disk space. Comp I am working on says low disk space in (D) backup drive. My best guess is this program is sucking up all the space. Can't delete. Not my computer. But there is a huge folder in D drive with Norton Ghost. Do you think it would take care of the low disk space to get rid of this file. Will wait to talk to owner. Thanks. The last Norton security Scan was 2009. And I have downloaded AVAST. I know how you feel about Norton Popeye
