I have been reading about Skype (teleconferencing and free/cheap telephone calls) and Remote Support.

Under the tab Extra, More Extra's you'll find under Cooperation the app. Mikogo.

It's free for private and commercial use and really nice for remote support, etc.

It's also downloadable at https://extras.skype.com/1672/view

It's also downloadable without implementation in Skype at
Mikogo: Free Remote Desktop, Web Conferencing & Online Meetings

Some say you can even use it under Linux with the help of WINE.
