On my main computer I have enuff ram and hdd space to run linux with VirtualBox(https://www.virtualbox.org/). I like to try differint ones out so when a costumer dusnt have there OS disks and dusnt want to pay for OS disks then I can install linux. Right now im realy likeing linux mint(Main Page - Linux Mint). Very easy to just install and update a little and your ready to go. Good for ppl who just want to browse, listen to music, watch dvds or play some of the games they have for linux. Some older ppl just want something to play solitaire on.

I would try to extract the windows activation keys before installing linux, just in case they can get hold of discs at a later date, or so the keys can be re used (personally i havnt got a problem with it but legally its a bit of a grey area), but linux will do just about everything windows can
