Default Laptop Graphics card

Hi, was just wondering if I could get some help with my laptop. So I have this Acer Aspire 5742 laptop, and im trying to run cod4. -.- not working that well. I need a new gfx card, and the one I have now is an integrated Intel HD graphics. I was told that you cant really take out integrated stuff, but I heard that I could add another one and disable my current one. Can I do this? and it would help if you could tell me what gfx card I would need to get.

Also, is it possible to put say.. a Radeon gfx card in an intel computer.. or something?
really not that good with computers

thanks

Here are the specs for your laptop. Everything I have read you can't upgrade with a graphics card unless your motherboard has a slot. On a laptop because of the confined space almost all components must be integrated.

Most laptops, you can't upgrade the video card. Normally when they talk about upgrading a video card, they are talking about on a desktop.
