Depends what your paying for it, but you want to think about how it can be upgraded at later date, i would go for a socket 775 or am2 minimum, and if you do a lot of graphics editing and stuff i would think about a quad core even if it means useing onboard graphics and upgrading that later..

It was $699, all-in-one touchscreen. I'm sure the touchscreen makes it cost a bit more, but I would really like a touchscreen for when I'm really lazy, haha.

Edit: The other one I am looking at is also a all-in-one touchscreen:

Processor: AMD Athlon™ II X2
Processor Speed: 2.7GHz
System Bus: 4000MHz
Cache Memory:2MB on die Level 2
System Memory: (RAM)4GB
Type of Memory: (RAM)DDR3 SDRAM
Hard Drive Type SATA (7200 rpm)
Hard Drive Size 500GB
Graphics ATI Radeon HD 3200
Video Memory 256MB shared; up to 1919MB total available as allocated by Windows 7
Network Card Built-in 10/100/1000Base-T Ethernet LAN (RJ-45 connector)
And is $899

I don't do a lot of video editing, but mainly I use it for internet, adobe dreamweaver, fireworks and photoshop, and some video editing.

See you had everyone thinking it was a laptop, now look at all this spam...lol
Regarding the PC desktop you are viewing to buy, you can probably get something with those stone-age specs on Ebay for under a $100 bucks. In fact I think I saw something like it at a rummage sale for $15
Your better off with a used Crack-Berry Curve for 85

At this moment in time would say and ati graphics are the best, intel processors are best but amd are far better value, ddr3 still bit expensive but its what i would be aiming for if i was upgrading, but your always going to pay a premium for new technology like touchscreens, 99% of the time i couldnt see a performance difference between an anthon at 2.4 and a quad at 3.6 so would imagine if your going to stretch the budget you should concentrate on the graphics card, what specs are you on at the moment or are you on the laptop.

I'm on a laptop at the moment
-NVIDIA GeForce 7150
-AMD Turion Processor
250GB hard drive and 3GB of RAM.

I bought the laptop August 2008, and I can't stand it. The battery would only last about 30 minutes, now the screen is cracked, it would randomly freeze up with black dashes across the screen, had to replace the hard drive.
I want to get a new computer, and after that I want to replace the screen on the laptop.
