Yes , just like you said , I really did do my research fairly well on both google and youtube and came across many videos , tips and detailed instructions .

But the worst part about overclocking is that there is no guarantee that one will work exactly like the other and damn ! It voids our Warranty too if we try to Tweak or Lap the CPU .

Finally It all comes down to exceptional tweak skills for fine tuning and most importantly LUCK . In short "YOU GET IT OR FORGET IT" .

Do you guys know any well explained and detailed video that gives complete walkthrough about Overclocking . More like a Tutorial video . Coz I've come across many videos in Youtube but found none of them worth watching .

So your suggestions Plz .
Amen popeye. So there you have it-overclocking in a nut
Hey shawn if you find a tutorial let me know. Otherwise like I said just put the word out around town that there is no such thing as overclocking etc just to appeal to peoples fascination in showing you. I did this downtown one day around a college and some pc wiz said...Is that right and I started to befriend him a little. He brought me to a spot with a few computer dudes and they showed me that "it is real" I got my real-world view of overclocking but I wasn't really impressed with it. It looks cool and sounds cool, but will I ever do it? doubtful at this point. My rig runs good enough. I don't need to give it an 8 ball of coke to make a point. Overclocking may come in handy some day, but my day hasn't come and I don't have a clear view if it ever will. I will always keep an open mind about it though whatever the case.

Thumbs up Both U Guyz are Right !

CPU Overclocking is just trial and error (popeye67)

Why go for overclocking now when everything is working fine (Troubleshooter)

I just bought a new pc about a few weeks ago and all games and softwares are working fine with decent speeds .

So why OC now , but i will ! when the warranty period is over or when i am planning to buy a new CPU . Its just like Troubleshooter said " Overclocking may come in handy some day, but my day hasn't come " .

Or the one OCing must have a fair amount of experience at it like popeye67 .

By the way , I will keep you (Troubleshooter) well informed , if i find any good Overclocking Tutorials worth watching .

Regards Shawn
