THE ONLY THING I CANT DO ON IT IS GAMMING .

+ I RECENTLY BROKED MY PC SPEAKERS / MONITOR / AND CD/DVD ROM
IF I REPAIR THESE THING IT WILL ONLY COST ME 2 THOUSAND RS
IN USD - 38.8 $


AND MY DAD IS TELLING ME I SHOULD BUY A NEW ONE

HE IS GIVING ME 40 THOUSAND rs .
AS I LIVE IN INDIA .

AND NOW A DAYS MARKET IS ALSO AT A RESONABLE RATE

SO SHOULD I BUY A NEW PC OR NOT

I think the PC you have mentioned would be fine.
I do not know anything about touch monitors except that many have reported them to be troublesome.
Windows 8 has not been released, but if a PC will run Windows 7 it should run Windows 8. The PC you have mentioned should do fine.

i want a better pc than that he buyed that 6^ months ago

price up a sandybridge m/b and an i5 or better still a i7 chip, add a low - mid range graphics card, if its too much a phenom cpu and a suitable amd board would cut the price a fair bit.

things like hard drives wont effect speed much (unless your talking ssd's) and same goes for monitors, decide on the majoe components like cpu, m/b and ram and then what ever money is left over can be spent on the bling stuff

windows 8 beta should run fine on anything thats capable of running vista or 7

you can often save a fair bit buying a ready made pc because your saving a bit on the os, if your going to need to buy an os it may be worth buying out of a shop but you will struggle if you need to reinstall, using xp isnt something i would advise but many gamers prefer it, or they prefer spending the money a copy of 7 would cost on hardware rather than an os.

in india MY brother just buyed a netbook and they installed pirated version of windows 7

wtf

he paid for the os i think

thats why i think ill build my own pc and i already have a original disk of windows 7 ultimate
