Asus M4A are reckoned to be pretty good overclocking boards, best bet is try a site that specialises in overclocking, if it works for them it will do fine day to day computing, try benchtec, memory most brands have a budget range that are guarenteed for life waste of money buying stuff with fancy heatspreaders, hard drives ive knackered a few of them, all my own fault except one so dont unplug and plug them in when the computers live switch it off first, the one that wasnt my fault wd never buy one of them again as long as ive got an hole in my, you get the picture.
