Yep. thats exactly what they did.

You'd be surprised at how many people DID buy it, it is already a commercial success.

I'm not a huge fan of it by any means but apple managed to get many things right about this tablet where most other tablets have failed completely.

I just got back from vacation and while flying out a little girl was using for her games. I remember thinking how much easier and compact it was for the parents to pull out and use.

Wow and they even remembered to put a usb slot on there, because they didn't think that people might want to plug more things into their ipads other than a charger lol...

i do think it is way overpriced for what you get - i bought the original wifi version when it first came out, and because i had an iphone already the novelty factor wore off in about ...oooh i'd say... 2 hours?

I don't like it because I don't like anything apple. I'm still upset with them because you have to buy an apple and cant build one legally. (had to put that legally in there because you can build a hackintosh now a days.)

Anyways it is a huge success. It's been over a year since they came out and in the corporate world, it seems like so many people have them. Now Android has their own that has came out. Much better in price. Now I would get one of these.

Apparently Apple are the most sued IT company, and also the one's that do the most suing.. so i have heard anyway. So your "legally" thing might be a wise addition there...
