Default Possible Virus

Hi
I believe I have a very bad virus, I'm unable to log in.
there are 3 accounts in this computer 1 of them has administrator rights it does not even let me enter the password.
I have tried to start in safe mode but wasn't successful, I also tried to do a boot with windows CD, it stopped at the blue screen with an error message saying that I needed to update the drivers. This is in windows XP Pro service pack 3.
Do you have any suggestions
Thanks

Hook hard drive up to another computer and use that operating system to scan your drive, either that or if theres nothing on the drive you need use dban to wipe drive and do a fresh install if you have a proper install disc not a recovery disc.

error message saying that I needed to update the drivers. well update them then. drivers are always free and easy to install. As for the BSOD...not a good sign. Use killdisk or wipedrive and reinstall XP, but stick with Service Pack 2.
SP 3 sucks ass

use webroot spy sweeper with antivirus. works great! better than most spyware programs.

I had reinstalled all the operating system and the drivers 3 months ago.
so I would like to scan for viruses by using another pc.
my problem is I have never installed a hard drive.
do you have or know where I can get some videos on how to install one.
thanks

set any jumper to slave plug the ribbon connector in (only fits one way) and four pin molex(agin only fits one way), or if its sata fit connections(only fit one way) already formatted so it should show up under computer dont need a video.

blue screen is probably down to the virus but check ram timeing in bios just to rule it out.
