I would suggest going to a computer that is working properly and download the rkill program onto a USB thumb/flash drive. I would also download the free SuperAntiSpyware portable version onto it as well. To my understand, the portable version is updated every day, so when you download it, you are getting the latest updates. Also get the latest TDSSKiller on there.
Boot the infected PC into Safe Mode. Insert the USB flash drive and see if the PC recognizes it. From My Computer open the USB flash drive and run rkill. Let it finish. It may take a minute or so. After that, do NOT reboot. Run TDSSKiller. Then run SuperAntiSpyware portable edition - do a full scan.
You will then have to re-boot. After rebooting, install and run Malwarebytes...full scan. Then update and do a full scan with an anit-virus such as Avira, Avast or Microsoft Security Essentials.
If you cannot do this, you will need to create a bootable CD with antivirus on it, or put the infected hard drive in another PC and use the main HD of that PC to scan the infected drive.
OR....format and re-install.

On a non-infected PC, go to this link
Free Bootable AntiVirus Rescue CDs Download List
and choose the bootable antivirus disk you wish to use.
On the infected PC, insert the completed antivirus CD, then reboot. On the opening splash screen as the PC starts you may see something that gives you boot options. It may say F10 or F12 for boot options (or something like that.) You want to boot the infected computer from the CD. Since the PC will not boot from the infected hard drive the virus or malware will not interfere. You will then be able to scan and remove the infections by running the program from the CD.

I've always had good luck with Hi-Jack This. When everything else has failed me it has always worked, and it's free. The best website I've found to paste the log file to find out what to delete is HiJackThis! Log auto analyzer V2. It goes into the registry to delete the virus so make sure what you are deleting is bad otherwise you could really screw up your comp. Another thing to try if you don't want that is something like ESET's free online scanner also.

Good Job Maverick!. Thanks for letting us know. I am thinking you meant combofix so I posted a link just in case someone else runs into the same virus ordeal.

A guide and tutorial on using ComboFix
