Default Question about C programming (newbie at this)

I've just started actively learning the C programming language and I have a small question after having tried some simple programming on my Mac (10.6.8). Is there any difference from programming C on Mac verses Linux and Windows? I am very interested in learning C (and more languages at that..) so any help is greatly appreciated.
