Unhappy Radeon PowerColor HD4870 X2

Hello folks! My first day on the forums and my second post, intro here: Howdy!

I'm having a few problems with a video card and wondered if you had any ideas on a solution? The images below show the problem I have when this card is installed and I have no idea what the cause would be...except it being a completely faulty and useless card!

Any suggestions, very welcome

Oh well, worth a try in case anyone had any inside info! I'm speaking with AMD now to try and get the problem resolved, so hopefully they'll come up with something before I have a go at this: Fix Your Graphics Card By Baking In Oven

Powercolor cards should have a 2 yr warranty from purchase from a qualified vendor, be sure that the warranty is not up before you start doing things like baking cards.

And be sure to come back and tell us the fix. Sort of looks like the TV on the movie Poltergiest
