I may be posting in the wrong place. My problem is whenever I want to send an e-mail other than using my Netzero or Yahoo accounts I get an error message that says :There is no e-mail associated with this action. To set one go to the default programs. I have "my currant e-mail" clicked in Default setting. see attachment for settings. Am I doing something wrong. It gets really frustrating because a couple of time I have gone to contact a company directly but the link they give opens this stupid window and I can't get past it to get an address to use an alternate method of contact. Do I have to set up Outlook Express for this to work? I hate that thing. |

In a nutshell George yes. When sending email to an email address on a given website you must use a POP3 email client such as Outlook or Mozilla's Thunderbird. |

Thanks Wolfey That's what I was afraid of. So, how do I go about setting up Outlook? Do I have to download it or it already on the windows 7 disk? |

No it's not on the disk George, you'll have to download it from Microsoft here mate. Windows Live Mail 2011 Then just add the settings provided by your ISP to make an account. |

Thanks I guess I put that off cause I didn't want another e-mail account to keep track of. To dang many viruses out there. To many hackers with nothing better to do than screw up somebody's life for them too. |
