I am not sure where this question goes. How do I know if I have been spammed? I found 2 messages in my PM one from ETERNITY with a link (deleted) and another from outsider ( can't remember who) was giving me a list of suggestions for the Beginner forum because he said he wasn't allowed to post. (it disappeared). And if I get spammed is there anything I am suppose to do?

Delette anything with links from people you dont know, forum has cut out a lot of spam on the forums so they come up with new ways of spamming without geting banned, in top right corner when you open message should be a little box put mouse over it and it will say report message that way we can ban them and no one else gets spammed.

The suggetions for the it beginners isn't spam it was someone suggesting something for the new category. The other guy was probably spamming, just send me his username and the message and I'll ban him

This was one guy and I think he was doing both. Otherwise, why would he have put it in my Private Messages. He could have put it in my Public Messages as a forum suggestion. The joke is on the spammer because I only stumbled on my Private Messages on Saturday. I thought PM meant Post Message or Public message. I am pretty close to being computer forum illiterate. I don’t twitter, don’t have a face book account and just got a cell phone a few years ago. I know, it boggles your mind.

However, I still don't have his information.
